Successful completion of a Foundation degree, allows you to progress to further study. You can go on to further professional qualifications at work or top up your qualification to complete an honours degree in a business and management related subject.

The BA Honours Top-Up in International Business and Management is specifically designed to follow the Foundation degree (or any other relevant Foundation degree or equivalent experience). Following the Foundation degree, the Honours Top-Up degree course will take an additional 19 months to complete.

Work

Graduates will have management, communication, numerical and information technology skills, and a critical and reflective understanding of business and its relationship with the wider environment. Since Foundation degrees have been developed with industry partners, they have a specific focus on helping graduates climb the organisational ladder. For students currently serving in the Armed Forces, study of the business world and interaction with civilians will help resettlement prospects.
